I do hope that all is fine with you and yours and apologize for what seems to me to be an unpleasant duty.

For the last few weeks, employees of Mirabel Realty have seemed to be discomfited by noise. I was first approached by Ms. Parsenon the Area Manager of Mirabel Realty regarding this problem. She told me that the noise level resulted in employee turnover and caused her employees to feel fatigued. I conducted a thorough check the past week and noticed a constant background hum which I, at first, attributed to computers and monitors, but then...

I also noticed that the noise is loudest near the north wall and ceases abruptly at 4.45. The North wall, as I understand it, is the location of Superior Giftware . Wishing to be certain and reluctant to cause you any more aggravation than necessary I consulted my colleague and assistant who corroborated my presumptions. Ms. Parsenon also told me that she had approached you previously regarding the issue and that not much headway seemed to have been reached.
