For the last few weeks, employees of Mirabel Realty have seemed to be discomfited by noise. I was first approached by Ms. Parsenon the Area Manager of Mirabel Realty regarding this problem. She told me that the noise level resulted in employee turnover and caused her employees to feel fatigued.
